I find myself loading a full mag into someone and only doing 6 damage per bullet (Kaiju AK). This is while I'm aiming at the upper chest. IS this just Gmod hitboxes or something to do with my interenet?
So, in quest for an Angelic Rifle, im going to do a mass seraph unboxing sometime soon. I personally will have ~80k coins put into seraphs by the time i'm ready, so there should be over 170 seraphs to unbox.
Not sure on details of when this will happen, so ill keep this up-to-date once i have a set day, and if i roll something nice i'll probably give it away.

TL;DR
My ISP is awful, lots of problems, connection drops, and no Customer Support so deal with it.
I've been unable to play for the last few days due to some more ISP troubles.
For the last few months since I nearly lost internet, I was out for 4 days, got a new contract and randomly it was out for 3 days due to some other reason.
Now there's some crap where the entire area is experiencing connection problems. Throughout the entire day the internet connection is slow and whenever I try connecting it takes forever, the ping is fine but the connection drops every 10 seconds. The only time my internet is actually usable is during the really late hours when nobody is on.
The worst part of it is whenever I try to call I get an automated response and my ISP seems to have given up on that whole customer service thing so I'm unable to actually contact anyone to get this figured out.
I'll be able to talk over steam/forum/shoutbox though, given that the internet complies with my request
Currently whenever I use the notifyplayer command it announces to everybody to see the message, I can't see how this is useful to anybody besides the person who is being notified.
I get that it's being monitored for misuse, but everybody does not need to see what you're notifying the player about.
It doesn't even say who is notifying the person, it just says (Someone) has notified _ (Message).
If anything it should just say in the chat that I notified the person and leave out the message.

I have a mic but I'm never really sure when to talk and I'm not totally comfortable talking yet so I just type for now.
I know the rules of the game but sometimes you have to make a judgement call and that isn't always easy so sometimes I do rdm but I will always offer an explanation and to take the necessary punishment for my actions.
I am a guy 18 years old in college so I won't always be on the server
