Have you ever been banned and why?: Banned very long ago for "toxicity and causing problems" ( I was a little kid back then)

Why would you like to be promoted?: I would want to be promoted to member+ to help out with the community and to fill in some of the weird hours there seems to be little-no staff on. I also want to help with people and give back to the community for the fun times and experiences I've had on here.

Do you have any administrative experience?: Yes on a few servers like TitsRP, Wogs (gay server), some of my friends as an admin like MarkRP (Not related to Marky Mark), DistinguishedRP/RetributionR, and some other useless ones I can't remember.

Have you ever been banned and why?: Not here on FRG but on ntg probably a couple times for random name changing And forgetting you get banned for it.

Why do you want to join?: just getting back into Gmod after a good long break, wanting to get involved with the community again and make some new friends and play with old ones

Have you ever been banned and why?: Yep, I've been banned a long time ago from NTG because of mass rdming.

Why would you like to be promoted?: I would like to be promoted because I want to fill the staff gap(when there's no staff member on the server), sometimes there are 10+ people on a server and no staff present to help resolve RDMs and other stuff, I want to be that staff member present.

Why do you think we should promote you?: I think you should promote me because I am very active, I know the rules and I have played countless hours on this server .

Do you have any administrative experience?: No.

Had a few ideas for the other alignments and wanted to write them down.
Not going to give my stand on cooldowns, I'm just creating this thread for opinions.

Aries -
On activation, Quickly Generate a shield that copies your current health (aka, extra health). While you have a shield, Shooting your gun will destroy the shield. Pressing the activation key again will consume your shield and lunge you forward, bashing into an enemy will send them back flying and dealing intense damage.

In TTT, I could see this be used as a get away when being shot at for the extra shield health or when you're about to attack someone as a Traitor.
For Events the extra shield health could be your savior when your trying to run away from enemies, or when you can't dodge an attack from a boss, like Tzadkiel's balls.

Taures -
On activation, your next shot will expend your entire clip, as one big shotgun slug. Reloading time for your next clip will be halved.
I couldn't think of what to put down when it came to Taures. In Events this could be quite useful when a boss is down, and if the cooldown given was quite low, the ability can definitely add a lot more damage on a down.

Cancer -
On activation, any DoTs that proc on you will be distributed to surrounding players, and will be removed off of you. A green smoke effect will emit around you. While the ability is active, oncoming melee damage would be converted into health
Converting health on melee damage would be funny when someone is chasing you with a melee weapon. When they realize they're not doing any damage and start panicking to take a gun out instead. In TTT players can also use it beneficially by allowing others to swing at them for health.
Disabled in Events :monkas:, and we don't need all melees to be a sag sword clone.

Leo -
Positive activation - players standing close will take reduced damage.
Negative activation - players, enemies and bosses will take more damage.
A positive and negative activation like Sagittarius. the negative activation could be useful once again when a boss is down.
I would like to think of this as a charging ability rather than a cooldown. The more you use either one the percentage of energy will decrease. Toggling it off will slowly recharge the ability.

Virgo -
On activation in TTT, immediately remove all DoTs on all players, and heal 50% health on everyone. Can be used once per round.
On activation in Events, immediately revive all downed players on the map, and heal 50% health on living players. Can be used once.
Using it will notify the entire server.
This would be used more often in events (especially for IoD). When the situation is dire, Virgo can be used to possibly bounce back the run.

Libra -
On activation, Balance all of your stats on the extinct and turn them positive.
A simple alignment. Could have a lot of interesting stats on certain guns.

Scorpio -
On death while the ability is activated, revive yourself on where you died, or revive yourself on down. While the ability is activated, increased DoT procs.
This one is more focused on Events again.

Capricorn -
On activation, sense sprite trails on players. Killing a player will increase your max health for the round, as well as heal you. oncoming damage will be reduced, some of it converting into stats like damage, reload, accuracy etc. When the ability is over, stats will be reduced to normal, but max health will remain the same.
Could be used for finding the last innocents alive as a Traitor, or easily dominate over players by getting a couple kills, regenerating to your new max health, and fighting again.
This can be used in Events by risking some damage for increased stats.

I came up with this idea while sleeping.


Today I bring you the concept of :

The Briefcase

Stats will include:
+ High Damage
- Low Mobility
+ High Range
- Low Fire-rate

(Pushback will be high)

Some concepts that the melee can do:

- Briefcase will create paper trail and/or paper particle effect upon hitting a player
- You can customize color of briefcase material
- Possibly put decals on it, (Client-side only maybe?) thus we can add decals to the server



Decals can be put on weapons for customization
Decals can be user submitted

So I had 1 1/2 ideas, lol

Not sure if there is a plan for them after the new system is added, but I think they should be made into a Monthly crate, that rolls between all the 12 monthlies and gives a random one, similar to the flashback crate.

With how much people enjoy the items and how many get decon'd for crafting, I think it is not a good idea to have them completely taken out of the drop pool.

The crate would be rarer than a normal monthly, and giving a random one would make it so that the more sought after monthlies can stay valuable.

Im sure most people will disagree with this because eventually it MIGHT devalue their current monthlies, maybe when added give all the current monthlies out a special name or something to show they dropped through the original system, similar to the exotic versions of flashback guns

Have you ever been banned and why?: I've been banned a few times, nothing for serious reasons just gags and name changes mid round because I forget about the 1 minute ban for that.

Why do you want to join?: I've been playing a bit more as of late, I've been enjoying myself for the most part and I try to help when I can when I'm on. I think I've got a good enough rep on the server to apply for member so I might as well give it a shot again. PICTURE PERMS

Additional Details: I've been a community member on FRG for quite a few years now, I've loved the server for the
years I've been playing and I think it's pretty great that it's still thriving. Some of the community is great and I'd say I get along pretty well with most people despite the gags and jokes.

The gun sounds and looks AMAZING, but in retrospect its total garbage. Very slow rate of fire, about half that of a default pistol I think, with only 75 damage headshots (Around the same as a pistol) and 30 damage bodyshots. So it takes 4 shots to the chest to kill, but it shoots slower than a deagle and has less damage.

Its cool to use just because of what it is, but man its a really dogshit weapon and I'd like to see it be viable. I'm not sure how, but the base model of the gun could definitely shoot a lot faster, and maybe bump the damage up a bit so it 3-shot body shots (40 damage to chest?)

p.s it does like 17 to leg/arm which is so low

Have you ever been banned and why?: No i have never been banned,( except name change in game )

Why do you want to join?: The reason I want to join is that I love this server. Ever since I quit Moat like 2-3 years ago, I spent so much time on that server that it was really boring to play anything else. I found this server and instantly feel in love. Even though I have been burnt out in the past and ventured into different servers, Every time I come back it feels like the server feels new again by how much fun I have. The Server is improving quickly and I wish that the server one day can be as big as what Moat is but without the toxic 11 year olds screaming into their mic. I feel like I can contribute to this server and I think I can help the server reach that point by guiding new players
