With how insanely strong guns are right now, and the fact that we're a Runescape/Terraria server anyways, I figured we need a new equipment slot: BOOTS.

Boots would have simple "Stats", but the main focus would be various modifiers that would "Modify" how they work, along with a base tier. The Tier ranking would mostly determine the rarity and the number of potential slots for a Modifier. Modifiers are usually good, but some may have good-and-bad things about them. Modifiers CANNOT stack!!

Unlikely Boots [Bronze] (The minimum tier) would have 1 max Modifiers.
Rare [Steel] would have 2,
Legendary [Rune] 3,
Primordial [Dragon] 4.

So, you could have, for example: "Armored Dragon Boots of Springy, Slick, Heavy".

Stats would be as follows:

Bronze:
Jump Height (-5% to 10%)
Fall Damage Reduction (0% to 15%)
Bonus Health (5% to 15%)
Bullet Deflect [Take half damage from a non-headshot] (0% to 5%)
Suffix Deflect [Chance to half the length of any suffix] (0% to 5%)
Speed Keeper [Chance to ignore anything that inflict a Mobility penalty] (0% to 10%)

Steel:
Bronze:

Modifiers can include such things as:
(Not that not all modifers are to be equal, some will be better, others; worse. A modifier with asterix' (*) around them are much rarer, and only ONE can be on a pair of boots at a time!)

Springy: Each jump in succession increases height and lowers damage from the next fall you take. Not jumping for a few seconds resets this.
Bloody Heels: Landing on someone does +50% damage and heals you 25% HP upon a kill.
Slick: When crouching, move 30% faster.
Absorbent: If you take fall damage, heal 30% of the damage taken after a few seconds. Can only occur once every 30 seconds.
Spongy: Be like a Sponge. After losing at least 70% of your health in one hit, gain +25% damage resistance for 7 seconds.
Lightfooted: 25% chance to not be affected by grenades.
Asskicker: When you kill someone, gain 10% damage resistance for 10 seconds. Stacks up to three times.
Heavy: -10% Mobility, but take 10% less limb damage.
*Armored*: +5% damage resistance
*Healthy*: Start the round with 25 extra HP (unrecoverable)
Boot and Belt: Extra +30% reserve ammo and +1 max grenades.
*Nerf NOW*: Take less damage the higher a tier of gun is. (1% for Unlikely, 2% for Rare, 4% for Legendary, 8% for Primordial)
Fleeting: When at 20% or less HP, +20% mobility.
Iron Kicks: Survive with 1HP if your HP is over 90% and the attack delivered was NOT a head-shot.
Full Throttle: Gas, Gas, Gas. Jumping while moving sends you further, faster.

I may have been heated prior to this happening but i could have just cooled down and took a breath for a second. Sort of like the shrine, something that comes around once in a while. If you put a prim-or-below gun and cash in, it'll roll the gun into another type of the same tier. (An Arcane could become a Heroic, a Kaiju could become an Axistence). Every time its used on a gun, the cost doubles for THAT gun. Something like:

Prims - 100k first use, then 200k, then 400k, then 800k, e.t.c. Cost only doubles if the gun has been Transmogrified before!
Legendaries - 25k, 50k, 100k, 200k, 400k, etc.
Rares: 10k, 20k, 40k, 80k, 160k, 320k, etc.
Unlikelys: 4k, 8k, 16k, 32k, 64k, 128k, etc.

I doubt any the lowest tiers would be transmogrified.
The Transmogrifier would show up in the lobby occasionally and then go away again. If you Transmogrify a gun, it'll state how many times its been Transmogrified, so that you can't sell someone an Arcane of agony and then they pop it in and realize it got rolled 6 times already.

You WILL NOT be able to get special event/boss/crate/unique/limited time primordials, just basic tier stuff.

The 2020 Easter Event - Prerelease notes

• The Easter sales are up on the Donator store!
• Brought back the popular "Seasonal Progression" system, with some notable changes listed below. This allows players to gain exclusive rewards, just by playing and gaining experience. You gain Xp for it by doing almost any activity FRG has to offer.
• All of the rewards from this system are untradeable, but some of them become tradeable May 1st.
  This system is completely free, though VIP's gain 25% more experience towards this.
• The max level is 20, but once you reach Tier 20, you can reset your pass and re-level it to re-obtain most of the rewards, however it becomes harder to level the more you reset it and some of the rewards are replaced with eggs. The reset button is in the seasonal UI, you may need to re-open it after reaching tier 20 to see it.

Why would you like to be promoted?: I've been playing for a few months now (i know, not much compared to others players) and i'm willing to give back some of my time so people can enjoy even more the servers

What Happened?: I've been playing a lot recently and whenever I'm in with Mauimods he always seems to be one of the more toxic players in the community. from constantly belittling other players by calling people retarded or just harassing people because of a small disagreement. Something that sticks out to me is him breaking the rules and never accepting that he was wrong. If he gets killed off of location he'll report the person that killed him and keep it, then when he koses off location and gets reported he'll say something like "It wasn't location, it was knowledge" and then insult the player for keeping the report on him.

In general hes a very toxic player and multiple people complain about how he acts towards others and will also say he is incredibly toxic.

Though I don't have much proof I decided to add him saying "ok cry about it" after I told him I watched him map exploit on purpose. I know its not much but I guarantee others will agree with me.
