This is going to sound whiny, but the more I think about playing FRG, the more stressed I get. Its no longer a server I feel I can just hop on and unwind, it feels like a rat race. With so many quests and challenges and dailies and pass progress to complete, I'm not feeling the same fun I do anymore.
This isn't like, a thing about the server, its totally about me, but that's just how it is. I find it genuinely stressful to play - I feel like I NEED to play optimally, I NEED to do things right and progress (my inventory, which is the only real progress of FRG) rather than just have fun. Again; me, not server, and not trying to knock any heads here.
One example is how Kraken can spawn, but it seems so pointless. I've never really done it enough or gotten a good gun for it - Using a trusted heroic galil I hit maybe 8-9k score without dying, so it feels like a waste. But not doing it feels like a waste - even if I think the boss is boring. By not going to the lobby when someone spawns 10 krakens in a row, I'm being inefficient, I'm not getting the XP or chances at drops that make me "progress". But it ain't fun!
I actually think its affecting my mental health somehow (I'm a very weak man) and while I actually DO want to play, I want to just play TTT - Which I could!! I totally could! But because of how my brain works I won't, because I feel like I need to grind the proper way.
Not sure when I'll be back (if? haha).

Also, this mostly just applies to TTT. I still love the FRG community (even if that love may not be mutual), and if Brass released something cool outside of TTT (Voslom 2?), I'd be jumping on that.

Notes
- The Bimonthly Pass has reset and a new undiscovered item is at the end. With the reset some come changes:
- Lowered the over-all XP needed for the pass by around 15%.
- Lowered the amount of XP tiers are increased by when you prestige it.
- Changed tether heal to 2Hp a second.
- Tweaked tormented proc multipliers for some items.
- Added 2 new base weapons
- Musket - A high damaging weapon with 1 bullet in the clip, it also has a right click 'stab' function. Firerate and clip size stats do not affect these weapons.
- CZ75 Auto - A low clip, high DPS secondary. This starts with 14 bullets in the clip and shreds through them very quickly. It's fairly inaccurate though, so try to keep its use to CQC.

also 15% reduction in overall please. I get that it's supposed to be grindy but this is making me miss RNG monthlies of which 12 months of, I only got 1 playing semi-regularly.
yes I did get banned for farming exp til the exact day the pass ends when I was a tier off 50. feels rough man.

After joining either FRG TTT #1 or FRG Lobby, I can load in just fine but the game freezes after almost exactly 30 seconds of being on the server. I have tried deleting my addons folder, data folder, cl.db, mn.db, and sv.db, and it made no difference. This only started happening after I switched to a different operating system, although that might just be a coincidence. This doesn't happen on any other server (except FRG TTT #2, which I haven't tested). I am using the "x86-64 - Chromium + 64-bit binaries" branch.

Just like Bezerker, I created a list of ideas I wanted to see a few days ago.
TTT
Class - gunslinger
positive deploy speed, 10% chance to reload faster
Someone also mentioned that every time you switch weapons it should power it up somehow.
possibly pick up another primary weapon or ammo regen
Runes and crystals
(Greater) replenishing: Make them apply to fishing rod and lures
Reinvigoration: Have a small chance that it will keep 1 additional EP point if possible. Like 1% chance.
Trait:your weapon selects a person each round and the closer you are to them, the faster you move. It doesn't tell you who, but when they die, the mobi stops
Extinct: Make a zodiac sign with deploy speed (don't care if infinite or timed)
- You know that thing that Kraken tentacles do that look like they swing in a circle? Just make the summons on enraged trident do that (equivalent to a landmine)
- Make names visible for Tathenen/Munnins abilities. I heard that it was removed for targeting reasons, but honestly, it feels like a waste to not have the ability to sneak up on people and get a one up on them.
- Buff sand gauntlet, worse then scepter and basically doesn't have anything going for it. Maybe make it so like it creates a smoke grenade effect?
- Buff morning star, make the snowman do actions more frequently (ammo/hp). Maybe he can drop an orb that overheals you if you're full.
- I kind of feel like the flereous could use something, but I feel like it's in a good place. I honestly just want it to be colored red so I can call it a Monado.
- Frostburns (or rather just ferno mostly, although both abilities are technically used in other weapons (scepter/frost, aezurth/ferno). someone brought up that the ferno is just a worse aezurth, which I can see why)
- I think a few godlikes need a cooldown bar telling when their ability can be used again. If considered, I would be happy to go through a list.
Forums view-only trade offers and market
sort backpacks, also new sort options based on slot (melee, primary, secondary, misc, crystal, equipment). Should put whatever you pick at the top
combine backpacks
Check fishing thread for opinions on that.
speaking of that, I want what Ninendo suggested with cosmetic dust (turn accessory into dust)

Survive:
- Kill charples after 10 seconds if solo or find a way to make the rounds not last 30+ seconds when there's one last enemy
- Allow buy ammo multiple times
- Have rounds where lights are out in certain areas
- Show where loot is with stars like presents
- I know this was brought up but I wanted to remind everyone. A definitive ending
- An enemy counter for how many are left
- Mini objectives for like a round or two. Randomly happen and are like: don't take damage for the round. Could add up for the loot at the end
Asylum:
- Asylum needs something loot wise. All it has going for it is banished, backpacks and Sand Gauntlet, which most people aren't interested in those items. I know that here was a crate buff some time ago and I've been getting all around different kinds of numbers for that, ranging from like 12 to 50.
- The ankh zombie should never spawn in the garage.
IOD:
- Can we start with like 1k ammo or make it so you don't have to be around the guy giving ammo
- Do something about seeker hitbox again. Still feels like it's the worst part of IOD.
Edit: 7/29: T item: make an item that functions like that one T weapon that makes it so they have to keep moving. Instead of the keep moving/explode part, they lose all of the items in their hands except one (like the items they have for the round). Make it have like 5 charges.

Just putting all my "Too small for an entire thread" ideas here. Here, I'll list ideas, along with my reasoning for them. Feedback would be welcome.
Melancholic G11 special trait
If I remember correctly, G11 was supposed to get a unique trait/something beyond just jumpscare. It requires a fairly large chunk of effort to craft with no real incentive beyond it being a G11.
After this long, I doubt it's even in the works anymore.
Idea: Remove/Replace Jumpscare with a new suffix, "Horror". Horror works like the Dragoon suffix (as in it contains multiple effects that all stem from a single chance). Horror contains the following traits that can proc: Jumpscare, Fright (Pumpkin), Despair, and Spook.
Cerberus Haunt
Haunt, as a trait, is much better than it used to be. However, it still is very situational and a good number of maps simply don't have dark areas to give it use. A small addition to Haunt would do it greater justice in the dark, where it's supposed to be supreme.
Idea: Haunt burdens the target from using their flashlight for its duration, causing it to flicker when on. A relatively minor bonus, but you'd be surprised how often players rely on flashlights even in decently well-lit areas.
Detective DNA Scanner Hotkey
The DNA Scanner is both invaluable and annoying to use. Using it requires you to switch to it (leaving you vulnerable, especially around a freshly killed player) which can take precious time considering that unless you have quickswitch on, you have to scroll all the way down to switch to it.
Idea: Add a hotkey for switching to DNA Scanner. I know there exists ways via console binds to do this to some effect, but an easily set-up system would be nicer.
Immunity Passive-Activation
The Immunity effect is good on paper, but in actual practice, you very rarely know when and where firefights will take place (especially as an Innocent), and as of now, it forces the user to semi-randomly activate it for it's duration in the hopes that it will actually matter when you are possibly attacked. The fact that it takes two seconds to activate, and that your held item will render you unable to defend yourself means that by the time fighting has erupted, it's either already over or you died. Add to this, the cooldown is so long that you'll basically only have one use per round.
Idea: Change the manual activation to a passively-triggered effect where if the player is currently holding an Immunized item the effect activates on its own. Additionally, the effect will activate if switched to while suffering any of the applicable ailments.
