I have many different names, but after a while, being called the Sand Man gets boring.
Has a 1 in 8-14 chance in creating a dream effect. This causes stated target to see false hallucinations.(This is sorta like Nightmare but instead of hostiles and creatures, the Dream Maker causes disorientations such as fake health stations, ammo, and can blur vision causing players to walk off edges if not careful)

It'd be nice to trade two Godlikes for a random Godlike+. So, Godlike or Celestial. I dunno, a 2 for 1 would probably never be done but it'd be nice if you had, say, Bloodweeps and didn't like them?

The jolly roger looks like a gun inside a sunken ship, the Z-X4 makes a teleporter sound when suffix is proc'd and the jolly roger makes a ARRGGHH sound.

That actually is a neat idea
not just op guns have slower deploy speed. how about add deploy speed to more guns. either +deploy speed or -Deploy speed
the diversity is a nice change. if anything just make it more realistic. guns like pistols normally are deployed faster than pulling out a huge (which has a fast deploy speed)
