That actually is a neat idea
not just op guns have slower deploy speed. how about add deploy speed to more guns. either +deploy speed or -Deploy speed
the diversity is a nice change. if anything just make it more realistic. guns like pistols normally are deployed faster than pulling out a huge (which has a fast deploy speed)

all guns have the same deploy speed of 1.2 seconds, in normal TTT

I'd say to save the deploy speed stat for things that need a another negative to balance it out. Bloodfury was a perfect candidate for it but there is a few others that could use it.
