Have you ever been banned and why: No just troll bans from friends who were higher staff messing around.

Why would you like to be promoted?: I started as a Mod on the server and honestly feel unhelpful when no staff is around and I know how to handle rdm and trolls who come to the server but I do not have the ability to help. I play a lot of off hours when staff is not around much just mostly members or active players and we have many a times had to deal with nasty bridge trolls as its just outside normal hours of staff being around.

Why do you think we should promote you?: I have had years of experience on FRG being one of the starting mods I have a very good understanding of the server,  rules, and the community.

Additional Details: I tend to go in and out of our community when I get burnt out on gmod, when that happens people know I am taking a break. Having taken a 3 and a half year break and being refreshed with the gmod scene I would like to get back to helping keep the servers fun and troll free and if given the opportunity will apply to rise back to old standing as a moderator to be as helpful as I am able to be.

FRG has a lot of "mmo" elements to it and you can collect pets, rings, necklaces and other cosmetics, so why not mounts?

Just like you have a chance to get a worm or Lyrus pet when you kill them, why not also a chance to get a mount?

Basically, there would be a new slot under character, a mount slot, and when you equip the mount, you can press M to summon it, below shows a good example. Mounts can only be summoned in certain times, like during lobby, certain times before events, and maybe before ttt round starts, although not sure how that would look like on certain maps. Mounts can provide a quick way to travel and purely to show off, maybe also give off some passive buffs like rings and necklaces do.

Mounts would have no collision to avoid players and other things being stuck on them and would be disabled around active enemies.

Did you commit the actions stated in the ban reason?: No. As i was not aware of the items true value, sharking is not correct. Edit: Just found out hes lvl 243, people assumed he was a new player for some reason. Hes not a new player, and even if i knew who i was trading with and if he was a new player, how would I convince him that what I was offering was fair? I just wanted to offer what I was willing to pay. If he rejected it, I would offer more. Thats how trading and negotiating works. How would I even go about scamming on t/o let alone sharking?

What really happened?: Was not aware of the actual prices of items. I had previously been told bad prices of items and bought those items. Since I cannot seen t/o history myself nor any declines nor reports of previous offers on this item (Nor do i correctly recall since I dont memorize every trade I set up), this is based on a single screenshot from discord by kazen. I offered 2m coins and 1 pro easing rune. (Post looking up who actually offered the item: Appearently the item i was offering on was owned by Lemon. I dont know who this is, but appearently they are a new player? On t/o I can't see who offers the item, so there was no way I would have known. I had just logged in just to check the t/o updates for my account. I wanted to offer on frostfathers since I heard it was good in grims, since I want to grind grims solo sometime soon. I start my offers low then gradually increase my offer, as any trade negotiation would. I had no intentions nor idea this guy was a new player).

Additional details: I havent played in 4 years t/o completely new to me so I dont know if there is some command people are using to find information or what cause they appearently all know exactly who is trading with who and such which I thought t/o was supposed to protect you and the buyer against that. I thought t/o was a place to put up offers and just get declined if no one likes them. I would understand being reported for posting the same items again and again on the same item or being reported for giving 1 coin offers. How is it sharking if I don't even know the price myself, nor is the other player even a new player even if I had some way to find out who Im trading with?

I do not completely understand every item's worth, so I have to make personal judgements. Occasionally I will do my due diligence to check the prices of items with the people of FRG. Unfortunately, there are many people who do not understand the item market themselves and will provide bogus/false information, agree with bogus information, have no information on the subject matter, or leaves the question ghosted. For this item, I was told the base version was worth 2m coins, so I offered at the base price with the intention of going higher. Post trade-banned I realize this was a lie. The frostfather item in question I believe had lucky, chill, and 1/3 final bullet. After that offer I offered again at 6mil. I like to buy low and sell high, but I'm a lot more careful with my trades now than before, since coming back ive been scammed a lot and I understand that feeling.

As of now, I see that I misinterpretted how t/o is used. I used it as a way to negotiate items, since these were called "Offers." T/o should be viewed as the marketplace *for the most part, not entirely.* I post all my offers with the intention of negotiating. Instead I get reported, unknowingly, that I did something wrong. I do not recieve notifications, other than death threats for offers that I thought were good or negotiable.


T/o needs a warning system or way to inform or comment on your offer as well as a way to check your t/o history, finalizations, declines, current and previous offers. I thought t/o was meant to be an extension of !trade. I viewed that incorrectly. As a suggestion, I think T/o should have a warning of reports system and a way to inform buyers that their offer was reported for xyz reasons. I think t/o should have a comment system, a way to provide a short message to the seller, just like how the seller can submit a custom reason for declining an offer.

Can't view skins on weapons/items from the new Christmas shift/background (been like this for a bit, it might just be me.)

I'm not sure if I'm missing textures from a certain game or something but since the beginning of the seasonal, I haven't been able
to see any of the Ultra Rare Skins/Rare ones. Some of the normal ones I can view but others I can't and are just purple and black checkerboard missing texture.
As I haven't seen anyone else talk about this issue, it seems it's just me but I wanted to bring this up just incase.

What really happened?: So if my memory serves right, I was just getting into frg and joined the discord and started to fuck around, but I did truly enjoy the server and its content and put weeks into it. One day I did post a video, I believe it was under the video or meme channel, but I do remember the topic people were talking about the war and I posted a video relating to the war that contained violence/gore. I promptly got banned and I didn't know why until I made a website post and someone gave me the answer on why. I have been playing the server for quite some time now on and off recently having long periods but I am deterred from playing FRG because mostly everything is on the discord in terms of development or community trading and features. At the time of the ban, it wasn't a big deal for me but now it is as I feel locked out from what half the server has to offer, the community, of course, I have nothing to blame but myself. I just hope after 4 years of trying to get unbanned another chance can be offered as it would greatly revive my interest in playing FRG a lot more, and as I said in my previous post I regret it and I'm sorry for anyone that was affected by that video, thanks for reading.

Additional details: My previous unban discord request was denied, I made a few now and both were denied, Parade told me to try again in the future so that's what I'm doing now, its been 5-6 months now since my last discord unban request post.

Hello guys,

I've played this server off and on for a while now, gone by one other name but mostly its just been Moor3. I'm usually pretty respectful and I'm not huge on hating any groups of people when respect is given all around. I'd say that the vast community of FRG has been pretty huge when it comes to a safe space to think and wring out stressors in life, and I've broken that for those who come here.

First of all I'm truly sorry for anyone I offended with my word that I used, I rarely ever use it and I never really think about it. It was a spur of the moment word used towards a troll that was on the lobby for way too long and I felt like they were putting people down pretty heavily while they were around. I spoke plainly to take some of the heat off of those who felt bullied or harassed by the individual. It was reactionary, idiotic, and plainly unprofessional of me to use a word like that and disrupt someone else's safe space.

Being unbanned is something that affects me but the word I used affects everyone else, I find it fair and reasonable to be banned, but I will never earn the respect of those hurt by my words, and for that I am truly sorry for my actions.

What really happened?: I was banned 8 years, 4 months, 5 days, and 7 hours ago. I was 12 at the time and I was foolishly messing around with the injectable lua scripts that would give you auto bhop. If I remember correctly I don't think I actually ever played on the server for more than a second due to the injectable being immediately detected.

Additional details: I have pondered the reasons as to why I cheated and the answer was I really was not that good at much during the time. Younger me thought I was the shit at everything and it was solely due to the fact that I cheated at pretty much everything and lied about most things. After I got banned from the server I thought nothing of it until I would keep getting banned from other servers for the same reason. I kept cheating in games until I got my first VAC Ban on my steam profile and ever since then I have stopped. Its really embarrassing to have a stain on my profile, yet it is what allowed me to repurpose my character and quit cheating for good. I have played on many other TTT inventory servers and made a great deal of progress on them only for them to be either shutdown as a cash grab or completely abandoned. FRG or previously NTG seems to be the only server that has remained. I have learned from my ways and am pleading for a second chance or at least a consideration. Reading the other unban appeals in relation to cheating I understand there is a strict policy against it regardless of the time at which the cheat occurred.
