*On reload consume all stacks and apply Soulrend to target. Making it impossible to heal and slowing deploy speed by 30% for Dissonancex10 seconds
*On kill consume all stacks and apply Spiritguard to yourself. Giving you a 25% damage reduction and -30% proc-rate for Dissonancex5 seconds.

No idea on stats since there are no czs to base it off.

I really like the idea of a weapon applying stacks that you can use up for some sort of effect.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I feel I've done well enough but as with anything there is always room for improvement so I'm looking forward to receiving any and all feedback. I feel like I treat everyone on the server as fair as possible and I try not to be biased towards anyone or anything in general in regards to the server.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): During the time i'm on, I feel I do a fairly adequate job. But now that I work full time, I find myself responding to less @staff posts on the discord since they usually happen during working hours or while I'm busy making dinner/dying.

Any additional testimony(if needed): I'm basically a figurehead to flesh out the admin count so you might as well just +1 me since I also have technically the most experience. Being the oldest remaining one and all.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): Before I went inactive I think I did okay. I started being inactive around March. The 2-3 times I've been on between March and now I, admittedly, did nothing. I was on to simply play and have fun.

Howdy, so I've come up with a few ideas for a few things, the forerunner fragment quests, crystals, usables, etc.


First Idea : Event quest fragments
The first idea, basically it will give quests for events like Isle of Demons, Grims Labrinth, and Survive. The reason I think this would be a good idea is that it gives more purpose to the already great events here, its hard to come by people willingly able to do these events that are not looking for loot, but to have fun or to challenge themselves. Here are a few concept challenges:


For Isle Of Demons :

• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Complete an IOD run.
• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Kill 10 - 15 Spiders in the IoD Event.
• Medium (10-15 Fragments) - Avoid all projectile attacks from Tzadkiel.
• Hard (25 Fragments) - Complete an IoD run without a death in the party.
  

• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Complete an Asylum run.
• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Kill 20 Zombies in the Asylum event.
• Medium (10-15 Fragments) - Raise 2 pillars successfully.
• Hard (20 Fragments) - Raise all pillars without a zombie touching them.
  
  

• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Complete a Grims run.
• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Kill 10-20 Entities in the Grims event.
• Medium (20 Fragments) - Sucessfully protect the pillar person from dying during the 4 pillar events.
  

• Easy (5-10 Fragments) -Make it to round 10 on Survive.
• Easy (5-10 Fragments) - Kill 50 Zombies on Survive.
• Medium (10-15 Fragments) - Sucessfully charge either the red or blue orbs.
• Hard (25 Fragments) - Make it to round 30 on survive.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I haven't been on TTT lately because I'm sort of bored with it right now, so I'm taking a break atm to have fun with other games and working on other projects and maps. I still get on the Lobby server occasionally to do events and what not, and if there is in need of management for something and no one else is on I wouldn't mind joining the TTT server and doing what needs to be done.

Do you feel you have done a good job: Yes, I still do a majority of reports when I'm on, I get on when asked/neeeded, I've helped Brass in several ways, and given proper roles in discord.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): In most situations, I feel like I am able to respond promptly to people disrupting the server intentionally. I do feel like I am a bit slow in responding to reports as I try and let +members handle them, but I feel that is best in most situations. As far as my duties as a staff member, I feel like I carry them out as I should and, if this isn't the case, I would like to hear how I can do better.

Any additional testimony(if needed): I know I've had issues where I could have responded better, but I feels as if I do genuinely respond and the best that I am able in most situations. If there is anything specific you see issues with in what I have said up to this point, or issues with my capacity as a staff member in general, please let me know, and certainly let me know how I can improve .

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): Lmao no. I have been a horrible unproductive mod. My only use has been getting on every now and then when I've gotten pinged regarding hackers. Even then I've often skimped out on doing it cause someone else was quicker. I've already considered stepping down but seeing how there's no real harm in me staying as a mod I opted not to. And yeah I'm currently taking a break from FRG.
