What Happened?: He attempted to rdm a player, he failed and was killed. He then was told that he would be reported and he then disconnected to avoid us identifying his STEAM_ID, not knowing that when he leaves his ID is stated in console and chat.

there were no admins at the time so i couldn't report unless i made this thread, please do a ban, he also prob came to the server just to rdm because the first round he joined he rdmed and left

Why would you like to be promoted?: Well I feel I can help a ton as I often play when there's not much or any staff on.
