throwlala has prop killed for 3-4 rounds as a innocent and anyone that killed him for it loses karma. please make a rule to where anyone can report for prop killing.
The person that was handling my report said they cant do anything unless i was the one that got prop killed.
The people that kill him lose karma and its unfair because we cant report him and he prop kills afks.
Please do something about the rule or about who can report about prop killing
Why would you like to be promoted?:because I see quite a bit of rdmer's and other asshats that break one but usually more rules and I'd like to do something about it.

What Happened?:
On de_wanda up here
, i took a quick 3 pop shots at sky guy and paps, they were under the umbrella and had no visual on me. Sky guy said in game "Well your the bad guy guy who was up there that i didnt catch your name." during this time i turn and ran this way
and continued to here which is right down the stairs, i paused and stood right behind the bar
from here paps came down the stairs looked at me for a few seconds started shooting and said kos wind. I killed him and said that was a kos off location, Sky guy said where are you wind im going to kill you. I told him that i said it was a kos off location that's against the rules and he told me "I do not care if its against the rules im still going to kill you". I told him again its against the rules if you still kill me i will make a report and then i found him and he immediately shot me. And while i do want a rule change the current rules are "Killing somebody based on suspicion, location, skin, weapon, or any other questionable means are not allowed on this server. You must have proof based on viable evidence. You can use logic as long as it's built on in-game facts, not observations or drawn conclusions." He admitted to following me and not seeing my name and kosing off following observation/drawn conclusion. While sky guy refused to follow the rules and said he doesnt care about them. His only response was "People will just write on your complaint its just a game so who care what will your report even do"
(Just a little complaint) Shooting someone with the tracer and trying to aim at them to see where they're looking, moving, aiming, anything like that is impossible.
The Tracer orb stays the same size no matter what, the only way i can see the person is being super close to them which i wouldn't want to be close to someone im tracing.
Pls make orb smaller or re-do it into a better look (maybe thermal body outline)
Recently I haven't been able to accept any quests at all. My quests inventory is empty. When I go to the guy to get quests and I click on the quests, there is no accept quests button.
It's been a pretty long time since I last went somewhere outside of my little corner of paradise and I'll be gone till Thursday.
I know I've been pretty much away these last few weeks, but at least I was around to do shit if needed. Now I'm just plain old gone. If you were wondering, I'm heading to New York City.
