What Happened?:Hockey rdmed me on my t round then called me out, so i reported him, nobody slayed him, later on he rdmed me on my inno round, nobody slayed him, that wasnt much of a problem it was more of the fact he constantly told me that he missclicked and in both reports said he missclicked, he promised to continue "missclicking" me. there were a number of member + on who didnt really care about him rdming me lying in a report and then promising to continue rdming me.

of Tracker: When you hold a crosshair on someone, you gain mobility. The longer you aim it on them, the faster you go, up to XX%. Looking off of them removes the effect.

of Wargod: Every rightful kill you earn gives you a Blood Token. These can be used to provide a boost to mobility, health regen and jump height+speed/reduced fall damage.

of Taint: Shots have a 1 in X chance to "Taint" a player, causing lowered mobility, muddled vision and worse stability. Can only affect one person at a time. This effect is permanent until the user dies, or taints someone else.

of Boosting (secondaries only): Shooting anywhere without hitting someone will "propel" you in the opposite direction, sort of like a rocket. Can use to "sort of" fly.

The "blast" attack would, instead of being static damage, start out low and go up higher and higher the longer you use it on a specific person. It'd also apply ice and possibly snowstorm if its used on someone long enough. The deagle would focus on really good accuracy, stability and mobility, but not insane for damage/firerate.

Or whatever Tobias decides if he likes the idea.

I.E: You spray a guy with the cryo thrower, and the damage starts at 1/tick, but quickly goes up higher and higher the longer they're under the stream. If they're there long enough, maybe a second in, it'll start stacking ice. If they're in it even longer, maybe they could be snowstormed.
