I've asked around on the server but didn't receive an answer. What is coal used for on the TTT server?

It is used in for a device (From the Christmas Presents 3) that converts the coal into Christmas Presents 3. I think 12 coal for 8-12 presents. Not sure on that.

Could someone also say what I should do with my extra antlers and elf hats?

You can use them for runes at Lobby when you hit level 5. Talk to Arvid, in the market section of lobby (Which is left from the fountain when you get up the stairs), and you can rune them. 1 cosmetic = 10% chance to create a rune.
