Hey guys.
I feel like I make one of these every few months, so I'm sorry if I seem repetitive, but I think I really mean it this time.
I'm not leaving the FRG community, just GMOD. I don't know if I could ever just leave FRG altogether. I'm just tired of the same old stuff. I get this feeling a lot and everytime I think I'm ready to get back into it, it only lasts for a little bit.
I think a lot of it comes from staffing on the server. I loved helping out and making the server a better place, but the constant staff work really takes its toll. It stressed me out way too much for my own good and ultimately just contributed to me not wanting to get on the server much. I know there's probably a few of you who think there's no way that being staff can stress you out that bad, but it really gets to you after a while. A lot of my time on the server was spent constantly worrying about keeping the server safe and a good environment, and I never really got much time where I didn't have to worry about anything and just play the game to have fun. I don't expect everyone to understand, but that's just how I feel.

With that being said, I'm officially stepping down from my admin position. I talked to Unpoke about it already and he's going to work on that. I'll go down to a member+ so if/when I do get on in the future, I can still help with some reports, but I'd like to retire on the whole staffing thing. It's just very taxing in the end. I'm glad I was able to have the chance to gain this experience working as a staff member here.

I've been working as staff here since July of 2017.
I was finally accepted as admin after a year and 3 months of my app being up, this was April of this year.
It was great being admin and helping out more, but like I said, it just grew more and more taxing on me.
So after over 2 years of working as a staff member here, I'd like to step down. I hope I can still help out as much as I can if/when I come back to gmod.

Staff stuff out of the way, as of today, I gave away all of my items to some close friends who I played on here with a bunch. (Sorry if you feel like you should have been included in this group but weren't, I picked friends that I have personally spent hours on hours playing with in-game and in others games and had a blast with. I have a bunch of other friends in Gmod that weren't included, not because we weren't friends, but probably because we just never spent the same amount of time or had the same connection as those others. Hell, there might even be a few good friends that weren't included just because I missed them on my friends list (I made the list of people in about 5 minutes) or they don't really play much nowadays.

Another one of the main reasons I'm leaving is because I just started my senior year, and I'm starting to realize all the real life stuff heading my way that I have to prepare for. College applications, jobs, etc etc. I've always been a kind of "go with the flow" kind of guy, so I haven't prepared for these things yet, and that's what I'm trying to change. I need to figure out what's in store for me in the future and how to go about achieving those things.

I'm thankful for everyone in this community for being such a huge part of my life, and making me feel like I have a whole other family.
I'll still be somewhat active in the discord, but I just won't be in game. I'll probably stop by for a little bit to check out special events (Halloween, Christmas, Easter), but other than that I doubt I'll be on at all.

What really happened?:well, i kinda forgot that my actions have consequences, and acted as if i own the place and could do what i wanted, i said the words "retard" and "kill your self" excessively, more then usual, and rdm'd a few times, i was specifically toxic to this one person who for some odd reason i had a vendetta against.

Additional details: well, for the 4-5 days i've been banned, ive released how little i do, i go to school, then come home and sleep, it kinda sucks not even having something to look forward at the end of the day, i kinda just have to look forward to sleeping, i would usually be hype to come home and do dailies and things of that sort, but now releasing how little i do, and how sad it is, i kinda need something to do, i would try to give you a decent reason for absurd amount of toxicity recently, but its really just family and health problems recently, and i shouldnt be taking that out on people who dont deserve it, so i'd like to say sorry for it, problems outside of the game shouldnt be taken out at the game and i understand that, so sorry, now i highly doubt this is gonna work in the slightest as knowone really seems to give 2 shits about the fact i was banned, but i guess its worth a shot, thank you for reading my sob story, and when i come back i will be changed, and ill put money on it.

What Happened?:
Earlier that day i dropped a Polarity, Yay me. Due to my EU ping, its a pain to use, all but less an op gun. I decided to sell it, due to the circumstances.

I had two offers, Francoise's offer, and Whiiskey's offer. Whiiskey's offer was a pure 500k coins and a sealed djinn, which i could trade to Danger to fight Mammon for me, getting me around 120k+ if he defeats Mammon. The settled price was 600k mixed.

Francoise's offer was the following:
A Cailburn of Eggcellance, A Grimoire of BW, An Avian Hilt, a +20 Righteous Galil of Eggcellance and an Easter Bomb.

The trade was fair. But its what he said to me in both game and discord that was misleading. He stated that his offer was worth more than Whiiskey's to which i trusted him upon. So the trade went through and we were both happy. Queue Mystery. He also wanted the Polarity but could not afford it, but was still interested in the final trade. I told him i sold it and he asked me what for. I told him Francoise's offer. He replied with "I don't.. know if that's worth".

After hearing this, i was shocked, and went to the game chat to ask about it. A lot of people said it was just "Buyers remorse", including Francoise himself. I asked Kazen, a reputable trader and player, to which he agreed with Mystery, saying that the items were only worth around 600k, not the significant more Francoise roped me into believing it was all worth. I asked Francoise if we could trade back, to which he kept saying "Its buyers remorse"

So i asked more players over level 150 about what they thought. A hefty few agreed with that the items were only worth around 600k. Some did say that it was worth over 600k. The ratio being around 3:1.
Francoise roped me into believing that the items he had were worth more than 600k, edging me towards his offer and repelling me away from Whiiskey's, THAT is what misled me.

So overall, to recap, the trade was fair price wise, what he said was not, as he stated that i would be getting more out of it by taking his offer than Whiiskey's.

Have you ever been banned and why: Never

Why would you like to be promoted?: Throughout my playtime on the server I have encountered many times where there are not any member+/staff on the low-population TTT servers. I prefer to play in these situations as I find more enjoyment out of less chaotic servers (Where my influence as a specific role has a larger impact/influence to the outcome of the round). There are often RDM reports that are unable to be made because of the lack of these people and being one of those that are on the lower population servers frequently, I would be able to handle anything that goes awry in the server, within the power of a member+.

Why do you think we should promote you?: My activity throughout all the servers increases with each passing day. My love for the server is proportional to this as well. I want to make a greater impact to what I can do for FRG. As I stated before, I spend the majority of my TTT time in lower population servers and issues go unseen within those servers. I am as friendly as I can be, though I do have my faults from time to time. (Also I Haven't Burped into my mic )
