Snowstorm trait (NERF)

I'd compare it to walk on ice when I say it's too long but this one is especially really bad to fight against.

Every time I get proc'd by this it's impossible for me to fight back, I lose sight of everything and look up/around while shooting.

I'd say it best resembles pre-nerf cerberus in terms of blinding
