+Members having gag or mute is a horrible idea that will only prove to be a nuisance in many ways. It would be abused because people have emotions and have different ways to do things.

Just like the other staff been saying if you think you are responsible enough for gag and mute might as well become mod, so you could also deal with the other problems as well
