I joined the server for the first time today. Everybody was level one, so it was hard for me to tell who the more experienced players were. A few problems happened when staff were off, but things were mostly calm.

One of my IRL friends played TTT for the first time, and I got Jasquizzle to play after I left. (I was at his house, so we took turns to insure we weren't banned for ghosting.)

I'll continue to play on this server when I can, and that will be more often soon.

Info: Would be extremely fast and have high mobility, with low damage and also low range to even it out.  It has the knife animation, which should be changed to either the crowbar animation, or two hand sword animation. It would also be a unique melee.

Stats: (THESE CAN ALL BE CHANGED, I DON'T KNOW HOW STATS WORK THAT MUCH)*
Mobility: +25%-30%
Damage: 5-10.
Firerate: +30-45% onto the default spoon. Might be overpowered, can be changed.
Range: -30-45% on the default spoon. Might be too small range, can be changed.

If it's still too weak some things that could be added are: absorbs 40% of the damage dealt through spooning. Or, When spooning dead bodies it heals 1 hp per second, which isnt all that good when you think about it, it would take about a minute and a half to heal from 1hp-100 hp.

What Happened?: He RDM'd three people...And left. All of them were "Because I had suspicion".

Witnesses: Dreadark, Glitch

Notes: First, I aslay'd him twice for two reports, hence two RDM's, but learned he killed a third man, and then left the game after marking him to be slain. I do -NOT- have evidence of him leaving, since my Gmod semi-crashed/went all crazy.

We really need more active staff. I couldn't find a a single person to send this evidence to for a ban, like I usually do.

I keep telling myself "I'm gonna try to play gmod" or "I have to get on gmod eventually" but other games are just pulling me back. Oh, and school screwed me over (I screwed up lol) so.... yeah.

So today I was playing some ttt and it was on the night castle map and this guy who was Arabic joined, and was playing with us. But he could speak English just fine and was speaking English. But some egg heads were telling him its an english server and the Arabic guy was saying whats wrong I am speaking English, and if u need to call me something call me DANKMEMES my alias. Then an adolescent said ya this is an English speaking server we don't speak Islam. And that Islamic names are not allowed. Then I was saying that's pretty racist because just because he is Arabic doesn't mean he is Islamic, then since the Arabic guy was getting so much shit from people he left since he felt unwelcome.

I just want to know why the people on were being so hostile/not understanding to his culture.

so i dont feel in the mood for garrys mod at all anymore the fun just ran out for me ;/ i do still pop in every so often and play for a bit but theres just nothing bringing me back. maybe a new update to add something more could bring back the fun for me but as it is right now im not having too much fun.

A loaning system would be pretty neat for FRG. You know, "Hand a guy a gun and he gives it back eventually", but without the "He might never give it back" or "hasta la vista, baby" and you can never contact him again. That's shit, right? Well, as I said in the title, I'm not suggesting anything like that.

Everyone will run into a situation where they need cash. Coins. Money. Dead presidents. Greenbacks. Canadian play money. Now, what do you do if you can't scrounge up coins? You either trade or rely on luck. There's the liquidation option, of course, but unless you're desperate for something you're not going to sell your Lunar M16 in a desperate grab.

I was thinking of starting a loans system. Nothing complicated, no bullshit, just that I give you some cash if you need it and you pay me back within a certain amount of time with a little bonus. No interest, of course. Say 5%. You need 500 coins. I can give you those 500 coins. Two weeks pass, you have 525 coins, you pay me the 500+5%, which is 525 coins. Biddy baddy boom, business was just made and smackaroos passed around the table like poker chips in a children's only Texas Hold-Em game. In the eventual case that they take too long to pass the dough, what should be done? Should the "No Interest" rule be broken after a set period of time?

However, I have no guarantees. I have no trust. I have no way to confirm that I will ever see money that I give out again. Why? Because of human nature. People forget. People exaggerate, or under exaggerate, or simply decide that they don't have to be obligated to give a damn. There we go, instantaneous combustion of my sole plan for greedy, infinite profit.

I'd like to think of a way to establish a system of trust. A way to guarantee repayment, without actually bothering the top brass (there's that pun again) to jimmy us up a dealer system on the quick. So, I'm here. For opinions, for ideas, for this thread to be ignored, for my own judgement. What do you think? Yes, you. You. How could a system of trust be established? A "Borrow - Wait - Return" set of procedures that doesn't leave nobody hanging with some pocket lint and dimes.
