is there anyway the mobility trait can refresh on kills?
for example: I kill someone, I get mobility, I run for 20 seconds and kill someone and the gun has 5 seconds of mobility left instead of refreshing to 25 seconds from the kill, I have 5 seconds left and lose the mobility. I was wondering if you could make it where it would refresh on the kill back to 25 seconds rather then staying at the time it was at when you already had it.

Where did you hear about this server?: Well it all happened at lunch about 2 years ago *dramatic flash back* I heard nivendo talking about terrorist and I thought I was gonna have to call the cops cause he was kind of edgy and into some weird stuff even had a beard so high sus on him but anyways he was like aye Ban you wanna kill some terrorist for I second I though he was recruiting me into the army but nah he invited me somewhere much worst and ever since then I've developed 6 brain tumors from all of the trade request I get so what I am trying to say is I fit in with this community that will spread cancer as far as the eye can see cause everyone is all ok at the end of the day.
Have you ever been banned and why?: Nope you can't ban the ban...
Why do you want to join?: Cause I think this community could use the Banana in it because I am a well know master of the Bone Crates... Annnd I enjoy the entertainment the server brings me.

It seems like Grims has been spawning npcs inside of the pillars during the mini-boss phase. Not sure if this is intended, but I thought maybe it had to do with how the new spawning system works on TTT. It makes the melee phase very difficult, since your laser player is instantly getting attacked while the npc receives cover from the pillar.

A lot of the time during the day, the server is dead as hell. When there are less than 6 people online, players have very little reason to join, because they can't earn experience or progress towards their guns and quests. I've often seen times when the server completely empties out when the sixth player leaves the server, because the other five don't feel like waiting for another sixth to join. I know that this is to prevent grinding and metagaming the server for drops, but I do suggest that we should implement some sort of reward system for when the server has between two and ~eight players (inclusive, going up to eight to give a "grace zone". Additionally, this system may make both servers equally active depending on player preferences. I know some players prefer a lower player count).
Note that all of these suggestions are based on playtime, and they can't be abused the same way that metagaming gun XP and whatnot can.
A few suggestions:
-Low-Count Gift Packages: For every hour that you spend on the server (in active TTT, not spectator) with ~eight or fewer active players, receive a gift package. Essentially the VIP system, but not always active. You could probably even strip the code of the VIP system and modify it slightly, depending on the implementation.
-Weapon XP/Player XP Awards based on playtime: For each minute that you play with a low player count, receive 1 XP as well as a 1/16th of a kill worth of XP on all enhanceable weapons that you currently have equipped, or a general equivalent for guns that require specific feats, such as body damage.
-ETC: Basically this idea can be applied to every other aspect of gameplay, including drops according to playtime on low player count.
