Does it have to be a universal item or can you commission something obtainable by anyone, but literally has your name (Unpoke) written somewhere on it?

It's for everyone. You name would go in the description of the item

But I can't request, say, a giant sign with lights that says "UNPOKE" that's obtainable to anyone?

Sweps and the buyer recieving an item were denied. And no unpoke, it has to be within reason
