Melancholic G11 Buff + Rework

Reasoning:
The current G11 sucks. Its model is not cool enough to have people use it and its power is not good enough for any use. I like the idea but it needs something interesting to follow up.
The number of crates of the damned II you would have to open to be able to obtain enough catalyst shards for the Melancholic and Abyssal jewel should provide a worthy reward, as it currently is not rewarding nor worthwhile in the slightest.

Here are the current/normal stats for the Melancholic G11:

Here is my suggestion as a rework and buff:
-When an abyssal jewel is used on the Melancholic G11 the jewel has a 1:1 chance to work on the item and turns it into an Energetic G11 which uses the following color reskin recolored from Blue/black to Purple, White to Steely Grey/silver. It also emits an aura; the ability will tie into its name Energetic.
-OR instead of Energetic, the name turns into Melancholic G11 of Desolation (The name energetic will be used throughout the thread, but I will make both names fit into the ability; or Energetic G11 of Desolation)

-The abyssal jewel traits apply and a unique trait for Energetic G11 is also applied (shown below)
-Energetic also receive new/increased stats (shown below)

Accuracy: +5%
Clip: 10
Damage: 30% (a little bit of balancing)
Deploy Speed: -15%
Fire rate: 25%
Mobility: 15%
Stability: -5%


Unique Ability; *outside of the abyssal jewel*:
-Wherever the user walks the earth(ground) becomes scorched releasing energy into the air providing stat buffs for users within this area in events only. The ability is activated by holding E (the use bind) and lasts 10 seconds with a 45-second cooldown. The entire buff is titled "Hot Hands." (Damage is not applied in events, but is in TTT as explained below)

-In TTT, this ability is visually the same but alongside stat buffs, it burns player's feet and causes their weapons to overheat burning their hands.
Players receive the debuff "Hothands" which does the same as what it does in events but with applied damage whilst shooting. For each bullet shot the victim receives 5 damage.

-*OR* Desolation/Hot hands is deployed as a projectile to an area of ground as location players can run to receive the Hot Hands effect.

The ability causes players to rethink spitting bullets at a player but allows the user to take advantage of the confusion the victim is in by having them take damage for spitting bullets in a frenzy due to a quick encounter.

Hot Hands includes:
+5% Firerate
+10% Mobility
+15% Reload Speed
-5% damage (dealt)
15% more vulnerable to all forms of damage. *(taken)* (15% increased damage received from all sources)

Edit: This is actually a cool idea but the abilities seem too overpowered and the new stats for the G11 would be to OP for just an abyssal jewel.
