Emperor's Lance (Refered to as "Javelin" in the post)

Description: The Emperor from a plane of reality very far away died from a long fall within his castle. Archeologists found his body mummified alongside this rod in a sarcophagus, believing him to be an ancient Pharaoh of a different world.
(The mirror does not show the reload animation that other players will see; the reload animations other players will see is the shotgun reload

Primary Weapon
Functionality/Unique Ability:
-The primary fire attaches a bolt of chain lightning to all players within a certain range of each other slowing them and damaging them for 20 damage every second (1 damage a hit) (The players become like coils and connect to each other; similar to Tesla Galil)
-When a player attached in a line has killed any player attached to the killed player is disconnected from the chain.
-JittersFor each Player attached to via chain lightning their screen Jitters
-The First player to be hit by the lightning
-The weapon fires continuously for 10 seconds until needing to reload
-Works with AI and bosses. (IE: Spider Queen on IOD the weapon attaches to both legs and the booty; on Spiderlings, it attaches and chains to each spider)
2nd Unique Ability:For Reference think of this item similar to the Snowglobe, Harpoon, and War banner (War banner stabbed into the ground+circle, Harpoon thrown, and Snowglobe AOE damage and blindness
-Turns into a Javelin that can (you choose) either be thrown like the Traitor Harpoon for 50 damage and must be picked up off the ground or wall to be retrieved.
-A person hit by a thrown Javelin is struck by lightning (for the afformentioned 50 damage) leaving an Electrified Area of Effect (dealing 10 damage a second, lasting 15 seconds unless the javelin is picked up) around the hit target that applies the "of Electricity" suffix effect, Jitters, and slows players in the area of effect.
-When a thrown Javelin hits a player and leaves an electrified area of effect the Javelin is stabbed into the ground which is where the AOE comes from and the user must pick it up with E to remove the AOE
OR
When the Javelin is thrown and stabs into the ground or a wall (does not matter if it hits a player) the Electrified AOE is applied around it.

Stats: Default Primary Fire
+20% mobility
1 damage a hit (On the player being hit their HP will look like its draining rapidly while their vision Jitters)
20 damage a second
2 second reload speed
Stats: Alternate Fire (Aforementioned 2nd Unique Ability
(Not repeating what is already stated except for damage dealt to players)
Player Hit: 50 damage
AOE dps: 10 damage a second
AOE Radius: (same size as Caliburn circle)
