Description:
A weapon that absorbs the pain and agony of it's targets to enrage the user using methods of high mountain barbarians.
On kill any DoTs or suffixes applied to the target killed will be transferred to you.
In return, any damage done to you in the next 15 seconds via DoTs or suffixes will increase your damage by 10% per suffix but only once per suffix.
For example, a stack of phoenix and 2 stacks of corrosion would give you 30% extra damage for a total of 45% however, It would only last as long as the procs do.
Stats:
* Comes with guaranteed Bleed 1 in 5
* Has a high chance to obtain phoenix (Normal proc chances)
* Has a high chance to obtain corrosion (Normal proc chances)
Accuracy -15%
Firerate +25%
Damage +15%
Stability -20%
Mobility +12%
