So, I think my computer is dead

#1
I think my motherboard is fucked. Can boot it up, but can't connect any monitors, I think my MOBO is just hecked. Been having loads of problems so you might not see me for a while (in-game at least, I have Steam on my tablet).

Any advice would be nice pls. Basically, I turn on my computer, it boots up, my monitor turns on and then says no signal and then just goes blank. Computer is still on and running as norm, though. Can't see anything.

Would the problem be my MOBO? The monitor works fine, tested it. I also tested a different monitor on a different plugin, works fine too evidently. Just not on my actual rig. Going to try and order a new motherboard, but I have no money and no life so it'll probably be never, R.I.P. Please send aid.

So, I managed to get it to read my monitor again, but I had to fuck with my back panel and I basically have my monitor glued into my GPU sorta. It seems to work, but its not great. I'm going to try to get a new 1060 and test that and see if it fixes my issues before replacing my mobo. I also did a full and extensive clean oh my pc.

I'm not exactly sure where, but I'm not keen on running cracks.

That's a good guess, but I monitor my temperatures pretty closely. Definitely no overheating or anything. I do get driver display crash errors, however.

Before you do that you should make sure your power supply isn't dying. If it's old enough it might start causing problems.
