You do know you can KOS of most if not all ability.
If you can Kos people off using black hole then you can kos off that.

"2. Remove the damage from the shield. The first two weeks after its release is when I saw the shield being used properly. Nowadays, thanks to the Flashback Crate, it is mainly used as karma-free rdm/Tbait/droppinginfrontofpeopleforfun. Consistently I've seen and been affected by the penises just dropping it for no reason. Yes, you can kos them if they're using for malicious reasons. But in the end, it's hurting your karma and not theirs. Yes, this will nerf the once in a blue moon use where the T doesn't take 20 damage over 5 seconds. However, there are more Oracles being added to the game. This will be an issue later on."

It should be dealt with similar to incendiary grenades/ bow AoE/ Djinn ball mines

If you put it down for no reason and someone gets damaged by it you're liable to get slain for RDM

Oracle shields are very different than everything named.
Black holes are projectiles that you have to fire towards people and are much harder to avoid with the intended purpose of disorienting them and putting them in a position where they can't fight back. There's no reason to use them outside of murderous intent.
The same applies to incendiary grenades, bow AoEs and Djinn Balls, their primary (and only) function is to damage players.

Where the shield becomes a little difficult to deal with is in the fact that its primary function is a defensive mechanism meant to protect the player, not necessarily damage others or block doorways. They're super easy to avoid and thus in 99% of cases, the user isn't really at fault for people being damaged by it. That's why the same rules don't apply to it as other projectiles/abilities that are only meant to use in aggressive scenarios.

It is the fact that you choose to put it down is why it should be slayable if misused, just like all of what Kuro listed. It may have a "defensive property" but that got a swift kick in the head a long time ago. If it was a problem 5 months ago and it is a problem now, then clearly the defensive properties are not the main attraction. The karma free damage is.

As an inno
If you hit innos by misusing incen grenades, you can get slayed.
If you hit innos by misusing bow aoe, you can get slayed.
If you hit innos by misusing Black Hole, you can get slayed.
If you hit innos by misusing Dhinn Ball, you can get slayed.
If you hit innos by misusing Oracle Shield, you get a free pass cause it has defensive properties!

Unless you're in a fight, then it doesn't have those proclaimed defensive properties and is just a wall that damages. We should treat it like an incen grenade if not in a fight. They both stay in one location and last a long time.

We can, within reason, determine if the shield was justified. Look at shot logs and see if he dropped it as shots are in or look in deathscene. If they dropped it for no reason, we can treat it like an incen.

OR WE CAN REMOVE THE DAMAGE AND NOT DEAL WITH THIS HEADACHE. It is only being used to troll and deal karma free damage. Here is a suggestion from a wise man.
"How about anyone that goes through the shield deals reduced damage to the Oracle user? That way Tobais has his not going through the shield, fits with the theme of the gun, and doesn't do anything to innocents."
