Make Jammer great again

So, the jammer does have some uses but I thought up some ways to make it a bit better.
Possibly, along with voices muffled by distance, make it so that in chat a few letters will becomes scrambled, making it so chat KOS's dont just avoid the jammer?

So when it might look like "Beaver is innocent" without a jammer, with one it would like like "Bexvex ix inxxocext" (x's being the changing letters, seen in the coder/developer title)
(sirpezman totally didnt help inspire this idea btw)

Or just make text not show up if you're not 10 feet away from the person.
