errors with mines

im not sure if i have been the only one here this has been happening to but, every time some one BUY or USES a mine i get this errer in console
[ERROR] addons/brassx_cshop/lua/weapons/weapon_br_rmine/cl_init.lua:80: Tried to use a NULL entity!

no matter T,D, or innocent i get it.
