Some good ideas here. Just a few notes.
Crystal of the Laughing moon is a bit overpowered in my eyes and would be easy to "pay to win" with it.
Crystal of the Curious Djinn would be extremely strong as you could survive any height. No damage should be 100% reduced. I think we already have a crystal that absorbs fall damage though.
Other than that all around decent ideas.
I also recommend that Crystal of Nullification have a chance to block suffixes, or both traits and suffixes, because most traits are barely noticeable.
