This is just basically the title, it could be for if you have a look down or muffle trait, both are hard to see when they proc, it could be worded like,
You have proced (suffix or trait name) (number or times) this map/ life. This will only appear when the suffix or trait is proced

I mean, most traits deal damage, so you know when you proc because you get hit markers.
