20% stability

-15% Mobility

20% FR

clip is negotiable.

Special. Is as silent as a shadow and twice as deadly. Has a 1 in 3.3 to cause bleed damage over time doing 5 damage every 2 seconds for 10 seconds.

bleed trait is already obtainable on any sniper, its in the rng-pot for suffixes/traits

Sounds like a nice weapon.
Especially for a kid that only uses a sniper (COUGH).
20% firerate is pretty high especially since there are no mobility/accuracy detriments (flamboyant/axistence's do have these reductions)
