Tiny Ninjato Buff

Ninjato's are cool, but Lightweights give +20% move-speed. I think that Ninjato's should give +25%. They're still a melee, so it doesn't help MUCH, but it'll let me out-run a light-weight and catch up to people pretty quick.

For a "Rare" drop it seems a bit mediocre?

Yeah, sure. Melees should be pretty good, especially with speed. They aren't a gun!
