Additional details: New account, was banned on the old one so I figured I should post an appeal anyways.

I liked Maeps a lot, but he has caused so many issues in the past, so I'm really not sure if he should be given another chance as he's received many.

I know Dno and Maeps, and I can testify that they are cool guys and I would give maeps a second chance.

I like Maeps, like Dno, but I'm not sure. I wasn't there for this but I know he has also had quite a few chances too.
