Whoooaaa!

I still like my idea of a huge, server-wide raffle than anyone who is Level 10 can enter. Or maybe Member only or higher? If people aren't member and want to enter, they can spend $5 for a VIP Entry Badge, which lets them enter member and higher only giveaways?
