Well, we all know that there aren't that many suffixes and they're all damage-over-time stuff. So, I was thinking: Why not make a MEGATHREAD of suffix ideas? Post the best or the worst or whatever, and let's all compare! Here's a few ideas of my own. I'll try to keep the OP updated with people's ideas.
of World - When you take damage, there's a 1 in 6 chance a small orb appears around you for (15-20) seconds. This orb will absorb (5-15) damage from all sources, and disappears when the damage is reached or time runs out.
of Assassination - Death Cries are muted upon killing a player, and a 1 in (3-5) chance to mute your gunshots for (1-3) seconds.
of Confusion - 1 in (6-8) chance to reverse target's movement controls for (4-8) seconds.
of Entanglement - 1 in (10-14) chance for the target to be frozen in place for (1-2) seconds.
of Leech Seed - 1 in (8-12) chance to infect a target, draining (2-4) of their reserve ammo every (2-3) for (8-12) seconds. If applicable, you will get this ammo.
of Hunter - 1 in (4-7) chance that your target will leave glowing footprints wherever they go, which only you can see, for (18-25) seconds. They also move 5% slower for the duration.
of Missile - 1 in (9-15) chance to launch a small bolt of light that tracks the player you shot at. This bolt can hit obstacles. If hitting the opponent, it does (20-30) damage.

Of Silence - 1 in 3-15 chance to silence the weapon wielder's gun shots when fired.
Of the Acrobatic - 1 in 5-20 chance to allow the player wielding this weapon to dodge a bullet fired at them
Of the Muffled - 1 in 3-20 chance to muffle player's microphone for 3-10 seconds. (When target player is muffled, he/she is harder to hear to others. This being like a comm jammer to one person.)
Of the Guardian- has a 1 in 3-16 chance to cause the player wielding the weapon to have a guardian shield raised around them reducing damage taken by 10-50% for 3-10 seconds
Of Silence - 1 in 3-15 chance to silence the weapon wielder's gun shots when fired.
Of the Acrobatic - 1 in 5-20 chance to allow the player wielding this weapon to dodge a bullet fired at them
Of the Muffled - 1 in 3-20 chance to muffle player's microphone for 3-10 seconds. (When target player is muffled, he/she is harder to hear to others. This being like a comm jammer to one person.)
of Vengeance - 1 in X chance (Depends on gun) to inflict a bonus 10%-20% damage from all sources for 5 seconds (Isn't visible through walls, similar effect to corrosion but yellow, the effect is VERY short so if you notice the effect you will have to act quickly to take advantage, especially good for bosses!)
"Of The Prospect"
*has a (5-10%) of emitting a healing aura (Width of ~3 Players) that stays for 15 seconds healing every player within the radius for (20-25) hp every 30 seconds the gun is held out. <--- That can be shortened.
"Of The Serpent"
*1 in (3-5) chance of launching the user forward when swinging causing whomever they come into contact with to be stunned for (2-4) seconds.
**Melee Weapon only
*has a (5-10%) of emitting a healing aura (Width of ~3 Players) that stays for 15 seconds healing every player within the radius for (20-25) hp every 30 seconds the gun is held out. <--- That can be shortened.

*1 in (3-5) chance of launching the user forward when swinging causing whomever they come into contact with to be stunned for (2-4) seconds.
**Melee Weapon only
Of Vampirism.
Same as the lich from NTG
1 in _ chance to heal for 10-20% of the dmg dealt.
Of cowardice.
1 in _ chance to cause the opponents gun to shake, while slightly raising movement speed (fear does that)
Of the hunt.
1 in _ chance to put a tracer on the target for 4-7 seconds that glows red and beeps every second.
Of bloodlust.
1 in _ chance to increase damage by 10-15% and make the border of your screen translucent crimson, also lowers accuracy and increases recoil by small amounts.
Same as the lich from NTG
1 in _ chance to heal for 10-20% of the dmg dealt.

A chance to explode in your hands.
