I think it would be good to increase the firerate of the Wail, it seems a little underpowered and lackluster to use at times because of how slow it fires. I base pistol seems better than this gun from its higher firerate and higher headshot dmg.

This gun defiantly needs a firerate buff considering it shoots slower than a decent pistol but does about the same damage.
