[Change] Exp Booster

So I was wondering if we would be able to change the Exp Booster to a usable item that would give the player Exp Rounds similar to T rounds. So instead of having to give up an important slot in your loadout just for Exp. Really anyway to make it so you don't have to actually equip it.

Eh, it is useful, and it isn't taking a super important slot. you can live without a orb of healing.

Yeah, this. You can always just pick up a misc item if you have to.
