On the map ttt_waterworldv2 the textures used are not in the servers fastDL, and even those with CS:S etc require downloading the textures separately.
Essentially players can subscribe to this pack below OR we can add the textures into the fastDL in order to fix this simple little issue:

Adding this to the fastDL will ensure that the players do not have textures issues when playing on ttt_waterworldv2 and provide a much more pleasurable experience!
