Maxes out at +10
+10-18 (4 Steps) Damage
+10-23 (4 Steps) Firerate
-10 Accuracy
-10-+10 (3 Steps) Stability
+0-12 (2 Steps) Mobility
+2-6 (2 Steps) Clip
*Deals 5%-10% More damage to all other types of weapons.
*Deals NO Damage to this type of weapon.

Maybe new tier name, but the overall idea seems alright. It could make for some pretty interesting fights.
