In comparison with most inventory servers this is one place that FRG is lacking. Lately there have been a few new uniques added but here are a few suggestions of my own.

upon use(one time use per round) it either full heals you or procs you with a random damaging suffix until you die(50/50).

(none of these will hurt you and only hit the person that you proced it on originally)
(all npcs will have 50 health and be able to be killed at any time)
Xerxes: Spawns fire in a ring around target for 10 sec.
Mona: Spawns and then shoots worm balls at target until they hit infect on hit.
Grim: Spawns and then marks target for death(makes them take 2x dmg from all sources).
Banker: Spawns and takes away all ammo reserves for the target.
Septimus: Spawns and replaces targets gun with a random standard gun.
Arvid: Spawns and Heals shooter for 50 hp.
Zarb: Spawns and give you mechanical armor(body armor).
Dreadork: Spawn and Plays All-Star until the round is over(and has 500 hp too).
Gregg: Spawns with his cancer shotgun and speed and attacks target(deals 10% of regular dmg).
Santa: Spawns are gives you 30% more mobility and jump height.
Vega Hoistway: Spawns and gives the shooter radar.
Chip Jewel: Spawns and gives you the effect of 2 random crystals(says it in chat too).
