Loot disappearing after looting it

Very odd indeed. I have some decent leads on the cause of this though. I'll be looking into it, I have reset all of the servers so it should be okay for now to do runs. I will also clear some of the recent cooldowns.

I may have to just fake the physics all together to ensure it never happens to loot/orbs, at least until I completely resolve this (use a trace to determine where floor is, land on floor and never move again).
