Changes

- Lowered fast Zombie HP scaling.
- Lowered normal Zombie HP scaling.
- Fixed doors being able to be re-closed.
- Added a few more weapon/ammo spawns.
- Improved navmesh in some areas.
- Tweaked reward formula to more reflect on current rounds achieved (I wasn't sure the highest people would get, and how long it would take them previously).
- Can now adjust loot without server/run restarts.
- TTT
- Hunter rounds now have a 1 in 60 chance to happen on any map. Depending on playercount, a second hunter will be chosen to fight along side you.
- Hunter HP scaling has been lowered.
- Hunters no longer show up as 'disguised' from the TTT radio commands.
