I don't know if this has been addressed yet, or if it's meant to do this but
the railgun normally has 12 ammo in reserve and when you "Re-equip Loadout"
12 more ammo is added, making the railgun have 24 ammo in reserve.
Is it exploiting to do this? To get more ammo and more chances to superchage it?
