Basically, download WC3, extract it and put the folder in Program Files. Then just use gameranger! We play custom games, though right now its just Siglings and I.

You'll HAVE to have 7zip, WinRar or etc to unzip the file after its downloaded, and a torrent client. I -highly- suggest qBittorent (http://qbittorrent.org/) because its much higher quality.

We just use a pirated version for simplicity, since I bought the Battle Chest ages ago and my keys are no longer valid, LAN is a viable option. Gameranger makes it extremely possible. We'd love to play with more people!
