The guy was over 20 and I was going off of what godlike partyhat which sold for5k a few times also if your going to duel you should know the risks you are taking by the rules and then how upset you would be if you lost.please stop posting unless you were directly involved in the actual report.It should be a rule that you aren't involved you shouldn't be able to post anyways as it becomes a shit fest wher e people post and they don't even know what happened.

Oh excuse me, I totally agreed on "Hey you can use your totally unfair shotgun and I can just use a standard shotgun! THAT'S FAIR!" We aren't bitching whether or not he should be banned and how is sharking a newbie not scamming. He purposely scammed the kid and he knows it.

Its you're own fault for messing up, next time pay attention to the setting you can set to make it fair since he did nothing wrong in the first place, yes his shotgun is extremely OP,but that does not make an excuse for you losing, it was your guy's "fair terms" and next time make it where you both have equel equipment and where you think its "fair"

EDIT: also dont go ingame and talk shit about other players who have the right to have there own opinion, if you want to ask them why they said what they said pm them or msg them through steam, dont talk shit on the server.

The basic argument here is a confusion between "Scummy" and "Sharky".

The duel was "fair". It wasn't anything against the rules, just massively scummy.
The Snowflakes was a definite shark. You knew it was worth more than the worthless Rainbow Party Hat.
The snowball rounds was also a mixture of scummy/exploitatious (totally a word).

You push the boundaries way too much, Excel, even you can admit to that.

Ok. I may be a little harsh but for the offtopic things:

1. The duel was completely fair. You could have checked "statless weapons", there's TWO screens to accept. Once you accept, you are literally ACCEPTING the terms of the duel, no matter the outcome. I don't know why you didn't check statless weapons to begin with.. Unless there was some glitch or exploit that still applied weapon stats, then it's on YOU for not selecting more appropriate rules. You duel/stake at your OWN RISK.

If I were going to duel for some good items with weapon stats on, I would equip my best gear for it definitely. You can't say you wouldn't either.

2. The scam for the snowflakes.. I'll just post the tradelog here:

Pretty big lowball for sure. Definitely not something we want a +member (who new players expect to trust) doing. however, was it scamming? No. Definitely not. The guy accepted, no questions asked. Excel did his offer, and the guy accepted.. That's what trading is all about.. You're allowed to offer anything you want. That is NOT scamming. If they accept, good for you. Scamming would be if he did something like:

Yes. This is exploiting, because it's working in a way that it's NOT designed to. The balls are not supposed to go through a crack this small. It's basically clipping through the door, which is in turn exploiting. I may just make random orbital strikes happen if you stay in the same radius for too long(it would work like a 'heatmap' type thing, the more you go in that radius, the more it adds to a strike happening there.. So you can't just leave the radius and go back. It wouldn't 'cool off' that quickly)


Now for the punishment, I'll talk to Jake about his opinion on the matter, and what should happen. it's really not good for someone of his rank to do things like this. It represents FRG poorly.

If I can add tothe snow flake trade, excel knew they were worth almost 10x more than what he offered, considering right afterwards he went and sold them for almost 10x more than what he original paid.

What he did was an extremely scummy thing to do, basically sharking

No, at the time, the guy was level 3.

I remember, you came onto the lobby bragging about how you got your snow flakes for only 4k. Then not even a day later, you sold them to unpoke for 30k
