Tier between unlikley and rare

I know it's been suggested before I just wanted to see what others had to say. I've already said that lightweights, in my opinion, need another bump (but don't fit in rare) while others, like doctorates, need a bump down but don't fit in with unlikleys. Any other suggestions, pros or cons?

i guess? idk, there shouldnt be an excessive amount of tiers either
maybe make room for it by bringing uncommon and ordinary together since both of them are equally worthless

I think it's fine the way it is.

So maybe instead of adding a new tier, moving a lot of unlikleys down to uncommon? I don't want too many rarities either but the disparity between rare and unlikley is pretty large and moving things to uncommon would only make another gap.
