Since I don't play that much NTG or FRG Radio has his moments (NTG side) he is great then becomes an asshole for some time then it repeats.

As people have said, it wasn't ONLY the whole situation you pulled (which is bad enough by itself) but you also were extremely immature. I doubt that has changed. Wait a couple months if you want to appeal again.
