I didn't want to flame or turn this thread into arguing. You could have simply messaged me this on steam but i suppose i could do the same and am choosing not to. I marked your post as dumb because a map can run perfectly fine and cause no gameplay issues but still be bad. flatgrass runs fine and causes no gameplay issues. you seem to think if it doesnt have frame issues then its fine for the server. Here are a few examples of maps that run fine but aren't good.

and its also as if you didnt read my OP because i said this... " My thought process is that we need to get rid of some subpar maps so we can see the maps we love actually show up more often in the mapvote. We currently have 146 maps in the map pool. That's quite substantial and really hinders us from playing the GREAT maps more often due to the way our mpavote works. I think we can afford to lose this 1 subpar map but it's ultimately up to you guys. Here are some screenshots."
