Well, I don't have much to say since I don't really know anything about toxicdoom, and I did check his unban thread. Nobody remembers why he was banned (including Jake, the banner), but it didn't look like it was something too bad bad (Jake would usually label if someone was pretty horrible), so I consider that under the rug after so long. Since he's come back I've seen no problems caused! Seems like a fair applicant. +1!
