Not sure if you guys saw, but I implemented some test changes to mobility that affects mobility stacking.

Example:
If you get the +40% mobi on kill, then activate the toyhammer buff, then activate Aquarius. Any mobi stack applied after the 40% will be a smaller amount. It will still increase your mobi, just at lower amounts, ONLY if the already gained mobility is above a certain threshold.
