For those saying these actions don’t seem to be a big deal let me put it in the terms, imagine you owned a store and everyday a kid stole a pack of gum. Now that pack of gum cost a couple bucks not a huge crime not a big deal right. Now after a month of this happening that kid has stolen 60 bucks from your business. Continues for a year that’s 900 bucks. Changes over time eh? It adds up just like toxicity does and can wear on a person overtime.
