Obviously a cap would be in place to prevent moat levels of speed. Something like max +30% mobility.
As for the share, The percentage thing sounds nice but seems like a hassle for coding as potential errors.
For sharing + is plus 5% mobility for anyone in range. Likewise - is negative 5 mobility for those in range of activation.
The concept of this is based of Binding of Isaac where Taurus increases your speed based off how long you spend in a room, but we thought having it be health based would be beneficial to the game mode as a 'Fight or Flight' Alignment. This would also allow for glass cannon kiting.
