Gmod Stops Responding on Startup

EDIT: HUZZAH I HAVETH FIXED IT!

I deleted Steam off my PC, but Steam bugged out and didn't actually delete itself, I reinstalled it twice and when I started my PC it deleted itself again and updated in the process removing all of my steam games (About 1.8 TB of games lmao) Now to re-download them all... Woo...
